Located in the rolling Leicestershire countryside on a medieval ridge and furrow field, our 2 acre site offers a beautiful quiet retreat just outside the quaint village of Houghton on the Hill. The site is perfect for walkers and keen cyclists. Access into Leicester is also easy via a bus or taxi.Lord Monty Foxton is your host at his holiday pod, Coplow, where he resides to escape fox hunters. His countryside retreat is full to the brim of quirky decor and artefacts from his travels around the world. The eclectic pod is a feast for the eyes and a celebration of all things eccentric. At the end of the day Lord Foxton loves nothing more than a relaxing soak in his wood fired hot tub and you’re invited to join him for this luxurious experience.

It was such a great experience. The pod itself was lovely but, the outdoor hot tub was the highlight of the stay. I would definitely go again and the experience got me brownie points with the partner.

Beautiful setting!! Clear instructions and easy to get to. Other campers at the site but the pod is set away so still feels very private
