Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Currently the property is raw land. With very little touch of man. It is in an old country neighborhood that touches a newer neighborhood with plenty of dining choices.
There is a natural unkept pond with mucky dark water that has Lilly pads.
There are parts of the Econ river that rise and lower with the seasons.
There may or may not be chickens running the property.
There are fallen trees and overgrown areas. There are some internal fences with gates we are working to remove or restructure.
There is parking for off grid rvs. No amenities are offered currently.
We behaved leashed dogs are allowed.Pitch a tent or park an off grid RV! Enjoy the privacy surrounded by nature near a small unkept pond. Beware, it is Florida, and gators could be lurking near or in any body of water. While none have been seen here, it could always happen. Enjoy a private camping ring and use of a picnic table. Very invite and cool place making you feel like you are out in the wild being so close to anything you need. Host Julie was super nice and helpful. Would recommend for a night or weekend stay.

Sarah made our experience super easy on her land and it was really enjoyable! Tent camping was easy with a nice area to start a fire and they were super accommodating. Very kind and a quiet patch of land perfect for a night getaway.
