5645 Bay Boulevard is 2 blocks off US 19 in Port Richey Florida. The property is 1 mile east of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 5 restaurants on the water that are a short ride bicycle, golf cart or 1 wheel ride away. One is a Hooters. Within 2 blocks is a Dunkin Donuts, Culvers and Hardees. Walmart is accessible without driving on 19. If you need fuel there is a WaWa and Walmart station. The Veteran's Expressway is a short drive east which makes a drive to the Tampa Fairgrounds less than 1 hour. We have a 50 amp covered full hook up spot, a 50 amp with water spot and 6 plus boondocking spots. We have a place to dump and refill the water tank. We aren't fancy, just very convenient. Convenience is what makes our property special. We enjoy being able to help people save while enjoying a nice safe place to stay John Thompson is the manager of the property and lives in the house .

Rick's campsite offers a convenient and quiet spot to set up camp, with full hookups and a covered carport keeping your RV cool and protected. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and local dining spots, while still providing a sense of privacy and safety. Many campers appreciate the friendly and responsive host, although a few noted minor issues with sewer connections. Overall, it's a practical choice for those looking to balance urban conveniences with a bit of nature.

Stayed at Rick’s place for 7 nights. Plenty of room on the concrete slab in front of the garage for our 40ft class A and room to park our tow. Wasn’t able to get completely level, but close enough. Location is convenient and within walking distance to Walmart, Culver’s, Arby’s and more. Only had 20amp plug in, but sufficient to run our fridge. Would stay again for a short time.

Overall not bad, could be a litle bit more developed but near to Walmart and other shops. Thanks for having us.

We had a pleasant stay. The property was just 10 miles from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Greek Town. We did sightseeing there, dined in a couple of restaurants & had drinks at the Tarpon Springs Distillery. There are also 3 or 4 places to kayak within a few miles. We took our kayak to Anclote Key Preserve State Park. The site was easy to get in to with 50 amp electric, water, sewer and WIFI. There was a small issue with the sewer that the owner fixed as soon as I told him about it. Although the site is pretty much in the city, we backed in so our passenger side faced the house & the driver's side faced a wooded strip that was kind of scenic. In general, it was a quiet area and not much traffic noise.
