Fire pit available . ( provide your own wood please) Ranch home in neighborhood dead end street on 1/2 acre near shopping, attractions, restaurants. 50 / 30 amp service with city water valve available. Walmart 6 min. Away, Home Depot around corner. Walk in clinic 8 blocks away. No dumping facility or releasing gray water on property. Parking is in side yard on grass. No 5 th wheels or RVs over 30 feet. 45 miles Disney, 30 miles Tampa, 19 miles Legoland. Small dog. (Under 20 lbs) allowed. Pool with fire pit and patio. ( Not heated) no swimming in winter.Flat side yard on grass. 30 foot maximum RV unit
