Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

This is a good place for stopping off along the way. Close to the interstate and grocery shopping. Easy access and private drive. Home-based excavation company, so heavy equipment comes and goes, but there is space for a dry-camped RV to park safely and secluded. In summer the irrigation ditch has a splashy little waterfall and occasional wildlife. The town of Middleton is just up the road 3 miles and there is a great one-lane train bridge just a mile away that crosses the Boise river where some seasonal fishing and swimming can be enjoyed in a natural setting. Walk the sidewalks in the neighboring HOA and enjoy the sunrise over the mountain view. Please no pets!This site is for motorhomes (Class A, B, C) and travel trailers only, NO TENTS. There is no hook-up and no amenities, so you must be self contained. We provide a safe, private parking spot for your overnight needs. You will drive up a long gravel drive and park at the end near the main residence. There is an irrigation ditch along the west and level gravel parking. From your site you can exit the property on foot for a brisk walk through the neighboring HOA on sidewalks. Bike rides can go from there also. Easy access to Caldwell, Middleton, and Interstate. NO pets.
