Michelle was a great host - responsive, thoughtful, and very friendly. The property was really lovely with small ponds and horses and a great view of the sky. Really nearby beautiful hikes. The Shawnee National Forest was across the road.
If you have pets, make sure you give them tick prevention meds before camping here. At least when we were there in April, there were so many ticks in the tall grass.
Michelle was welcoming and kind during our stay on her ranch for the eclipse. We brought 2 small children and 2 small dogs.
She had great recommendations for things to see in the area and places to eat.
Michelle was such a kind host when we stayed on her beautiful property overnight to watch the solar eclipse. We really appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend a stay.
