20 - South Beach
Camping & horses & sunsets, oh my!
The entire landscape was beautiful! Due to the weather and our very full 2WD vehicle, we ended up staying at site 50 instead of 20. Chad and Cynthia were super understanding and happy to let us stay at the other site! We also got to feed the horses & had a nice time watching the sunset before bed. If you want a peaceful getaway, you’ll find it here!

Kansas Sunflower Tent
A Kansas gem!
This was a great little Kansas gem! Tent and bed were comfortable! The river was tiny and perfect for a dip with our 1 year old son! What beautiful property and nice folks! 10/10!!

Beautiful Place/Perfect Hosts
Chad and Cynthia are fantastic, kind hosts! They were very responsive and ensure you have everything you need. The property is beautiful and each site is very private. You should definitely spring for the burger basket and homemade bread/jelly!! Totally worth it -- everything was delicious.

40 - Limestone Echo
The campground was full when I spent my weekend there. . . and I understand why. I will fail miserably with words to describe my time and experience there. The land and the wonderful family that cares for it create an energy of peace and awe. It is so much fun being there. I hope to take the time to snap some pics next time through.
Thank you, Chad and Cynthia, for sharing this magical land and the experience it provides with others. I can see why you feel it is important to do so. Looking forward to making my time there more permanent with a tiny home to boot!

Come for the land, stay and reflect
Who knew western Kansas was so beautiful? C2T Ranch is a MUST STAY stop. Conveniently located just off I-70 (via Hays)- you will have your choice of well maintained and spacious spots, all with gorgeous bluff views and river access. My boys enjoyed petting the horses, playing in the river, and walking miles of trails. We also took the burger package- the meat sorted right from the ranch was delicious! Surprised by the beauty of the land, we altered our plans and stayed a second night and also opted for the tour. We learned so much about the rich history of the area, making us appreciate even more, the value of land preservation and the principles of regenerative farming. Thank you for hosting!
