The farm is in its tenth growing season, selling eggs and vegetables for home delivery and to some of Kansas City's best restaurants. We are so excited to share the beauty of the property with you! Learn more about this land: You will be staying on a working farm. The property is 20 acres with a 2 acre pond, 1 acre of vegetables, two dozen goats, three (large but gentle) guardian dogs, and a flock of chickens, guinea fowl (and sometimes turkeys or quail). The camp sites are scattered around the property, with several secluded from the main field/barn/campfire. Enjoy a day of fishing or strolling the property and finish off a relaxing day by watching the sunset by the fire.

Camping on the Farm

This is the third time I have brought my kids to Kate's farm. Each time, we are greeted by a beautiful, well-kept farm with amazing animals and experiences. The kids fed the goats and the chickens, collected eggs, and fished. Kate is always the best host and makes sure we are having a good time. We have gotten to know some of the goats and love seeing them year after year. The pond is well-stocked and fishing is so much fun. The fire pit is so fun and the firewood is always provided. I can't recommend this place enough!

Camping on the Farm

Location, scenery, and whole experience was terrific! Walking around amongst the goats and chickens was great, and we really enjoyed the huge friendly dogs. We really appreciated the freedom to roam and the seclusion of the tent campsite. The trees all around the farm were in full fall color. Fire pit was well maintained with plenty of good firewood. Would definitely come back and do it again!

Camping on the Farm

The land was gorgeous in the fall! The surrounding trees were all shades of fall colors, and made for a gorgeous morning to wake up to. Katie was so accommodating and kind and very detailed with the campsite location descriptions. The animals all around are so cute, and the goats are super friendly, as are the dogs! Definitely gonna come back and camp here again!

Kate is so welcoming and helpful. Had a great stay. It is a farm, so make sure you’re cool with animals (the dogs are so sweet and the turkeys were fun too!). Was a great spot, plan to stay again

I really enjoyed my time camping here! The hosts were so friendly and I LOVED the dogs. They also have a pond you can fish from.
