Relax on a one acre waterfront lot on the Chef Menteur Pass River. You can go fishing, boating, or just enjoy the view on a scenic 1000 foot wide waterway. You can view many coastal birds and wildlife. Some of the species are American eagle, Osprey, Pelican, Great Heron, and many others. There's a bar on the island or you're minutes from New Orleans and all it has to offer.Park your RV and enjoy the view on scenic Chef Menteur Pass. You'll enjoy seeing many species of coastal birds and the possible occasion of dolphins swimming through the pass. Fishing, boating, and bird watching are many of the things you can do from this property. We're also only 30 minutes from New Orleans. Self Contained RV's only. No power or water hook ups. On site Water spigot can be utilized for water needs.

Easy and safe location to uber into the French Quarter. Kirk was a good host, courteous and great at communicating. Worked out well for us!

It was peaceful, despite being right next to a bridge, and communication and interaction with the host was great! It was nice being right on the water as well; saw lots of birds and pretty sunsets.

Very nice and calm open field near the water. Perfect to enjoy the city without being in the middle of it. Would recommend!

Kirk’s place was great. Quick drive into the city, and we felt secluded and safe. Kirk was a great host, gave us some really good recommendations, and was super accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.

We were seeking something close to town, but OUTSIDE of the craziness of New Orleans. This is the place! Quiet and lovely, fair price. We would stay here again if we come through the area. If you park near enough to the house, you can also get some Wi-Fi access.
