Relax at our quiet lake cabin on the shore of Lake George in Skowhegan/Canaan Maine. The driveway is rather steep, so one needs an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to go down, otherwise one can walk down. The lake is spring fed and very clean. There are two bedrooms , 2 couches and 2 cots for sleeping. An outside grill, wood stove, gas cookstove, and gas refrigerator are available and gravity fed water from a tank at the top of the driveway. This cabin is very private and has a sailboat and kayak for two . The Lake George Community Park is just across the lake and has a beach and a nice hiking trail. There is no electricity, but there is a solar panel that will power the lights and digital devices. There is a compost toilet and an outside shower. Currently the driveway is being constructed, so one would hike down a hill to access the cabin. The lake is spring fed and very clear. There are two bedrooms and a cot for sleeping. A wood stove, gas cookstove and gas refrigerator are available but the gravity fed water has temporarily been turned off for driveway construction. coziest lake side cabin by water

Cozy Lake Cabin

Am so glad i made it to this place. i could not have found a better place to spend a weekend in the most coziest way in Maine. secluded beautiful little cabin gave it all what was needed. the views and the calming waters just made everything so magical and the colours of leaves bringing glamour all around the cabin. Laura the host was the best. she was very informative with everything that was needed. would definitely go back. if you are looking for that little quite and cozy getaway there would not be any other in the area that would just perfectly fit in right. MISS THIS PLACE so much! till next time with all good vibes!
