When you come here you are experiencing the rebirth of farming in this country while getting to connect with the natural world.
This historic piece of preserved farmland has been in our family for 5 generations. The property is just over 100 acres with about half in forest conservation. We have two streams that join one another and create an amazing habitat for all kinds of wildlife.
Our farm has always been a fun and healing place for our friends and family to gather. We love sharing the peaceful seclusion here with folks who enjoy and respect nature. We are a certified organic farm in the early stages of transforming it into a fully regenerative, permaculture operation.
We grow hemp, medicinal herbs, and small grains as well as keep bees and a small tribe of goats.
We'd love to have you!
Staying at Hipville was great and we loved being next to the creek! The location was private and quiet, and we absolutely loved getting a visit by Hopper, the owners dog. Hopper made our day and was a great tour guide. Ben was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We plan to stay again when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the creek more!
Nothing like camping next to the Big Pipe Creek and the smooth comforting sound of the moving water. Ben has made some very nice improvements to the site. He is a good man and a gracious host. I will always return.
Our group of 6 had a blast! Plenty of trails to walk to keep you warm during the colder parts of the year! Hooper was a great addition to our stay! He would come and visit us a couple times throughout the day and always put a smile on everyone’s face. The river was relaxing to listen to while enjoying morning coffee with everyone!
10/10 would stay at this camp again!
I had a great 2 night stay at Hipville. Beautiful farm with nice walking trails. Camped by myself and didn’t see another person the whole time I was there. Both campsites are large and private. Porta-pot was nice and clean and just a short walk away. Didn’t meet the host, as he was away, but Hopper the dog was a great ambassador … he was the friendliest dog … came to check in on me from time to time and accompanied me on long walks around the farm.
I look forward to returning in the future !
