Just a 2 minute walk from beautiful Eight Point Lake! Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, or just dipping your toes in the clean cool water. Public boat launch is 1 mile away. Quiet, nice neighborhood full of beautiful homes! Lot is 120x60 and has privacy fence on two sides. Roads to get to the property are well paved, parking is in grass on the lot.Come spend some time up north in our charming camper, just a 2 minute walk from beautiful Eight Point Lake! Camper has a full sized bed and a couch. The lot has plenty of room for additional campers in tents or RV's and vehicles. Relax in the hammock, have a fire (we will provide wood, and if you happen to run out the neighbor has it for sale!) or play cornhole with friends, we just hope you'll come enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, nice walks, or just dipping your toes in the clean cool water. Public boat launch is 1 mile away. Lot is 120x60 and has privacy fence on two sides. Roads to get to the property are well paved, parking is in grass on the lot. The camper does not have power, and we do not provide a generator. Outdoor lighting is solar and will turn on at dusk. There is a toilet we will provide liners for in case of emergency, and there is a porta-potty at the lake public access, 2 minute walk/450 feet down the road.
