This is my 3rd stay at Matt's property and it was just as awesome as the first couple! The land is beautiful and peaceful, having the woods right there to hike through is so nice. My two dogs and I didn't even have to leave the property and we still had a day full of hiking and relaxing. If you have a reactive dog like me this property is great because there are no dogs around, but you can occasionally hear dogs barking which is a great opportunity to train them to ignore that. And there was plenty of firewood to keep warm on the cold November nights! I will absolutely be back again in the future. Thanks Matt!

Another great stay at the farm! I brought my dogs and they loved it too! Found a different spot to put the camper that was much more level so that helped. Would and will definitely stay again.

Very nice place to camp. It’s super peaceful to walk around, either on property or on the street. Secluded area, you’ll hear lots of wildlife all around. Overall a good spot to camp for a weekend if not longer. Matt’s a great host, really resourceful if you need something or have any questions

Beautiful farm for camping!
8 m travel trailer
Camping here was beautiful! We loved being able to see the stars at night, the peaceful dead end road was awesome for relaxing, and exploring the trails surrounding the home was a ton of fun. We loved the large, open space for the camper and fire pit, but beware the site is not flat. Once you get used to the holes and all that it’s fine, but watch your ankles until then. That being said, we had no problems leveling the camper itself, though if you had a larger camper you might struggle a bit more. If you had a long enough power cord you could easily fine a level spot more towards the center of the area. The pit toilet was also a very nice add.

A perfect quiet stay!
Tent
We loved tent camping at the Homestead with our 2 dogs! The water well, power source, and outhouse were all super convenient! The site was well groomed. We didn't see or hear another person in our 3 day stay, which was just perfect for us. The swimming hole right down the road is INCREDIBLE! We highly recommend this hipcamp, and if we're ever back in the area, we'd love to stay again!
