Morgan's Place is a nonprofit campground serving people who have been injured in traumatic accidents to full recovery. We also offer Hipcamp stays and Airbnb rentals so our visitors who are in recovery do not have to pay out of pocket during their stay if they cannot. We located on 37 beautiful acres outside of Millington, Michigan and only 15 minutes from Frankenmuth and Birch Run. We have hiking trails, little goats, chickens, fishing, kayak rental and/or drop off/pick up at Cass River, and offer yoga classes, karaoke on certain nights, and blacksmithing demonstrations! There is a 4 person camper on site to rent if needed or we offer water/electric and tent sites too just ask.

Morgan's Place to the Rescue!

We booked a different property but when we arrived, it looked NOTHING like the photos online. There was no way we were staying there! Four hours from home without a campsite. Thankfully, Carey had room for us at Morgan's Place! Property was well maintained, very clean! Exactly everything we needed for a comfortable stay...including the cutest goat neighbors. Thank you, Carey! We will be back!

GREAT STAY!!! Carey and John are the best. It was quiet, tranquil, the list goes on and on. Huge campsites. You’re missing out if you pass this one up!

Great Accomodations, LOTS of dogs

This was a beautiful campsite, with a great story of revival and hope for others in bad racing accidents. The hosts were very welcoming and accomodatings, with setting up water and electric hookup, use of their kayaks to use on their gorgeous pond(though they didn't have them on the property until it was too late for us to use them), great fishing opportunity(catch & release only), they let us use their vacuum to clean our tent, and allowed to set the tent up under their tin roof car port, as is was raining decently when we arrived. They have goats, chickens and roosters on the proterty that were fun to see and helped us to wake up in the morning 😂. The hosts gave us a dozen fresh eggs from them, to eat for our breakfast😋. There is a nice walking trail on the property with a cool old schoolbus on the trail, that we saw on our family walk, and had fun creating a ghost story out of the bus on the trail. Perfect little spot for us to share our love of camping with our 5 year old for the first time, and we loved our stay with Morgan's Place, but sadly, we will not be back, because even though we like dogs, their 5 family dogs were ALWAYS, at our tent site, scaring our son, sniffing and trying to eat our food as we cooked it on the fire, and pooping right next to our tent. As we don't have any dogs, this was kind of bothersome. Having to constantly shoo them off of our food and cleaning up their poop, was a bit annoying, as we paid to recreationally camp here.

Nice spot to stop for the night!

Not sure which site we technically stayed at as we just pulled in and parked where he directed us. Ace was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't realize we wouldn't have a 30 amp plug in but he provided us an adapter since we forgot ours from home. He also provided a generator so we could run our A/C at night. The property was nice and the goats were friendly!
