This is a new campground to Rock County near Luverne, MN. This property is known as the "boy scouts" by the locals. When we were kids we spent time on this property riding bike, horses, and exploring. We have turned this 13 acre property into 22 site campground that we are excited to share with you. (also available on Airbnb/VRBO) (Sweet Retreat, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath) Nestled in a bed of trees just 2 miles from I-90 and 1/4 mile South of the Luverne City Park. This campground has 12 sites with rural water and 20,30&50 amp electric at every site. Dump Station. 8 Full Hook Up Sites (Sewer, Water, Electric) Two small ponds and shade trees. Wifi. Shower House/Bathrooms. Campers can enjoy the quiet place to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife, a perfect place for bird watching. We also have a paved bike trial that connects to the campground that leads to miles of trials around Luverne and out to the State park.

Site 11-Pull Through Electric/Water

Tranquility

Easy access. Plenty of room. Playground for the kiddos. Clean restrooms. Beautiful walking path adjoining to the campsite that leads into town in one direction and off into the countryside in the opposite direction. The pathway to town leads to a very large public park with playground for the kids. Large pond also adjoining campground for a picturesque morning with the ducks. We were there for only an evening, but would definitely come back when we have more time and are not just simply passing through.

Site 9- Pull Through Water/Electric

We liked how peaceful and quiet it was, especially with I90 not far away. Suprisingly quiet. Lots of wildlife across the road in a wetland area. The shower rooms were nice and clean. Easy to get in and park. Only thing we didn't care for was random people driving though the campground. The last night of our stay a car was idling at 130 am until I came outside then they left.

Site 7- Pull Through Water/Electric

Quiet and friendly

Great price for what you get - clean, quiet, not a parking lot next to the highway. I wish I'd chosen a site with some shade but then again I got there at dusk. The only thing I'd improve is the shower water pressure. Walking trail was a nice extra.

Peaceful camp

Easy in and out. Close to the highway but was very peaceful. We were only there one night so we didn't get a chance to check out Luverne.

Site 2-Back in Electric/Water

Nice place

Arrived at dark and left first thing in the morning, so I don’t have an entire review. Seemed very nice. Roomy enough site and had one place to stay for the evening. Easy to access. Thank you!
