We have a wonderful 2 acres that backs up to Bozeman Creek. Come and enjoy the property, the glow and peace moments from downtown Bozeman. The west end of the property is equipped with a 2021 NOBO camper trailer as well as a 30ft teepee that can be enjoyed. A fire pit down by the creek is a wonderful way to wind down after a day of exploring. The parcel will be divided between our private residence and the camping area. Leaving the property we are 2 min from popular mountain biking/hiking trails, 5 min from downtown, and 10 min from the entrance to Hylite Canyon. Excellent mountain biking/hiking trails available from the property! Our fully equipped NoBo trailer is parked in a private area of our property next to Bozeman Creek. Enjoy the sounds of the creek as you enjoy a campfire, or watch the white tail deer that come through daily. Trailer is connected to well water and electricity or can be used "off the grid" for a more authentic experience. You will enjoy private parking, private stream access, and access to our on-site teepee for meditation/yoga/relaxation. Trailer includes a queen sized bed and 2 bunks. Ideal for a couple or small family. Maximum of 2 adults please. 5 min from downtown Bozeman.

Wildlife and Creature Comforts

The NoBo trailer was very comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The land was gorgeous and we saw wildlife of all kinds. The host was very responsive and made everything very easy. I highly recommend the spot!

Paradise continued

This was my second stay - an extension, actually, of the first! During this stay, it was just me and the dogs. The place is my dream - I hope to revisit soon. My dogs would have been happy to stay there forever (one attempted to do so!!). You'll be happy here... if you want peace and quiet and cozy quarters!

A slice of paradise
Do you ever think, I shouldn’t tell anybody about this place because the next time I want it, it probably won’t be available? Well… that’s my dilemma! The property is gorgeous – there’s a creek to enjoy (play in… I refuse to grow up!), and as it turns it gets close enough to the little travel trailer so you can hear it as your are drifting off to sleep. This was my first Hipcamp experience, and Jennifer made it super simple and an absolute dream come true. The area was quiet (except for all things natural… birds song, geese calling overhead, woodpecker, an owl, etc) and felt so secluded. It is set up so you can sit and just relax in the comfy chairs by the creek (there was a burn ban – otherwise we would have loved using the tiki torches, lanterns, and firering!) or star gaze without light pollution… holy moly! Those stars! However, it is also so near Bozeman proper than it is less than ten minutes to be in the heart of the little city! Life in a travel trailer was new to us – but Jennifer provided an exceptionally helpful video, and stopped by just to answer questions! It was very clean and comfortable…. the truth is that we were only in it for eating and a couple of meals. Otherwise, we were at the creek or hiking on one of the many nearby hikes. We did have a few visitors walking by – including a couple of does and three fawns.

We loved staying on Jenny’s property. It’s a very beautiful and peaceful spot, and while being so close to downtown. Jenny was very communicative and answered all of our questions. The trailer itself was clean, comfy, and everything we needed for a week-long stay for our family of 3.

Jennifer was a great communicator and very accommodating when hot weather and smoke in the area impacted our stay. I look forward to booking with her again in the future!

Perfect RV experience!
Me & my wife stayed for a night in Jennifer's RV. As a first time RV renter, I'd say it was amazing! RV was very clean, Jen provided good instructions that helped during our stay. The RV is parked near a stream with a nice fire-pit for the evening (Pro tip: checkin in time so that you can setup everything and enjoy the most). Only downside was that the hot-water did not work which we realized the next day while checking out. Otherwise our stay was perfect!
