Learn more about this land: Our property encompasses 3 different campsites: 1.) Camp with Stone Fireplace - a private gravel clearing with functional stone fireplace on an 11 acre parcel. 2.) A Frame to Rest In - a new addition which is a tiny A-Frame structure close to, but separate from the Fireplace site and shares a driveway. 3.) Easy Come Easy Go - right off 302 and has a circular gravel driveway easy for RV pull-in with a picnic table and fire ring. --------------------------------------------- Located in Bethlehem at the top of the White Mountains close to endless hiking and biking. Both downtown Bethlehem and Littleton are within a 15 minute drive, supplying many choices for food and shopping. Rainy and need more options? Take the beautiful 1 hour drive to North Conway and visit the big outlet stores. Want more scenery and hiking? Take the 25 minute drive down to Lincoln and travel the amazing Kancamagus Scenic Byway (Route 112). This is 56 miles through the White Mountains with no gas stations, so you might want to top off while in Lincoln. Twenty minutes east you can get to the Mount Washington Cog Railway and will pass the Mount Washington Hotel on the way. Fifteen minutes south and you can be at Franconia Notch State Park.

Tent camping on Ryan’s beautiful piece of property has been perfect both times I’ve been. You feel like you are the only one out there and it is a perfect place to go find peace. I can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay the night, would recommend for anyone looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful! Extremely convenient pop up over the picnic table, free firewood, and small cabin; great for when camping in the rain.

Camp with Stone Fireplace
A quiet and relaxing weekend at this campsite. Ryan is a great host and proved excellent communication. The site is spacious and well maintained, and is a great location for exploring the area. We’ll keep it on our preferred list for our next trip to the area.
