***military, local, and teacher/educator discounts*** It is an incredible little gem right off the highway in San Cristobal, 8 miles north of Taos. It is right next to the national forest and endless trails to explore, steps away. For now, RV camping (with their own bathrooms) or tent campers with portable toilets. Restrooms and showers are currently being worked on. RV/tent spots have running water and electricity/hook-ups. We do not allow the dumping of sewage tanks due to New Mexico's regulations on septics and private land. Vast, breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristos mountains and Taos Mountain are right to the south. Easy access to the midtown market, where you can pick up breakfast burritos, beer, drinks, and limited supplies for camping. We do offer firewood! Wake up to mountains, hiking, and breakfast burritos that will make you ask yourself, “Is this heaven or Taos?”

Location, location, location!
You couldn’t ask for a more centrally located place to all of the things in the Taos area. It was right on the Enchanted Circle drive and in less than 30 minutes you could be in Taos, at the Rio Grande Gorge bridge, in Red River Ski Valley, at the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument area, in the Carson National Forest, or at any number of hiking trails. If you are in the area to sight-see, this is best place! Be aware the site is right beside the highway so there is road noise and there are 3 RV sites there so you might have a close neighbor. This isn’t a secluded site, so if you are looking for isolation and complete privacy, this wouldn’t be the best fit. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, especially because there are pretty mountain views surrounding the property and some gorgeous sunsets! There are water and electric hookups which were reliable the entire time we were there, plus a garbage bin. Although there isn’t a sewer connection, you can go 10 minutes down the road to Sierra Hermosa RV park in Questa and they will let you use their dump station for $15 if you need it on your way in or out. Finally, I just have to say how wonderful Kelly and Eduardo were! They were super friendly and helpful and quickly responded to any messages and questions. This was absolutely a perfect fit for us and our travel needs and we were so happy to have this option and not have to cram into a crowded RV park. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Great place to stay!
Great place! If you want to spend couple days in a fantastic Taos and feel all town atmosphere - it’s one of the best sites. About 10 minutes away from town. Super sweets hosts! Quite and cozy site. Very responsive and polite guys. I’ll stay here again next time! ❀

Excellent hosts and views
Absolutely beautiful site, easy access if you go past the Google directions and stay on main road to second entrance, unless you want a scenic route in dirt roads Goats are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend, esp w 50amp and delicious fresh water!!
