Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We have a 1400 acre cattle and goat farm offering a lovely iconic bush camping getaway with creek, river and bush camping areas, great for nature lovers and those who enjoy peace and quiet, you can also enjoy the lovely views from the high spots on property.
There is access to shared swimming holes, wildlife and bush walks on the property, bring your mountain bikes to ride and explore.
There is plenty to do in the surrounding area!
The property backs onto the Turon National Park and you will pass the Gardens of Stone National Park at the turn off to property (popular 4WD destination).
It's a short drive to the absolutely spectacular Capertee Valley lookout which is the widest and second largest canyon in the world and also very popular for bird watching. You can also take a drive down to Glen Davis Shale Oil Works ruins or spend the day with a trip to the Mudgee Vineyards for some wine sampling! Or simply just kick back and enjoy the peacefulness of country life and take in the amazing star display at night.

We had a great time at Como Valley. Amazing property and secluded camp sites. We also were lucky enough to have a swimming hole right next to us. You definitely need a 4x4 to get to the sites though - steep hills and loose rocks on the road. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at Como Valley, the hosts were super helpful and directions made it easy to find. We camped by the running river and saw plenty of wildlife. Lots of tracks to explore can’t wait wrote go back again.
