This very unique enchanted valley will not disappoint even the most demanding customer. We have a beautiful fully stocked swimmable pond. The fishermen in the family will be pleasantly surprised. The amazing 360 degree views are incredible. We have horse shoe pits, kite flying, fire pits as well as a hammock grove nestled in a pine knoll that will sure to make your stay unique and pleasant. The hiking trails in and around the property with many labels to identify native trees, to satisfy the learners in the bunch. The property has numerous bird houses as well as bat and owl houses peek the interest of all bird lovers. There’s a small exercise area with various apparatus to work out. Plus there’s a sauna to heat up before you jump in the pond. Full service food options on site to include soft serve ice cream and sundae’s with our soda floats being a crowd favorite. We also off fresh pizza all day, and well into the evening. We make all our fresh baked goods on site as well. We actually have a small farmers market that operates here daily with lots of fresh local produce. There’s 300 miles of developed mountain bike trails within 5 minutes. 25 minutes to Cooperstown NY, home of baseball hall of fame. There’s Dollar General within walking distance, as well as Stewart’s shop, plus a local Pub with great food 5 minutes away. This place is truly a slice of the good life. We have 2 Glamping tents available plus 4 spots for camping trailers with power and all with amazing views. There’s a common bathroom and shower for your convenience as well. There’s corn hole, bat mitton, volleyball,. The best is flying a kite in the breeze overlooking the pond. A truly unique and enlightening place. Come and get a taste of the good life!This spacious site provides great views of the pond and pine knoll. It’s private and close to walking trails.
