Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
My place has plenty of grass which has been fresh cut. There is a very small creek and you should park beside my driveway near the apple tree. sometimes the ground is too wet in places. so check the ground before you drive over it. you don't want to get stuck. there are wild animals deer, skunk, bearPark your RV beside my long gravel driveway. Please make sure to test the ground for wet areas where you could get stuck because of rains. Your neighbors are horses and people. small creek is nearby.  7 miles away is the Pisgah National Forest. Wild animals might visit at night like: skunks, ground hogs, deer, bear, turkeys, raccoon, rabbits.

Great spot!
25 ft campervan · With pets
Camping at Judy's place was a wonderful break on our drive west. We arrived early and had time to hike on the trail behind her house. What a great way to unwind after a day on the road. We camped with our truck camper and parked next to a big tree in the field - it was perfect. We'll be back next year.

Sanctuary with Magical Trail
30 ft campervan · With kids
Judy was the most hospitable host we’ve ever had! The rolling hills are stunning, very quiet and magical. She welcomed us upon arrival and gave us room to find the perfect parking place for our rig. The trail up to the top of the mountain on her property was a *perfect* way to start our day- it was a steep climb but worth it! And the trailhead was just a short walk from our campsite. I appreciate the care and close communication she had with us from helping us find her to providing us a bear whistle and even a little birdhouse kit for our son to build. Judy and her sanctuary are truly a gem!!!
