All to yourself
100% of recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp felt private.
Our property is 30 acres. A small homestead, a field of clover and wildflowers that is around 12 acres, a small creek, and a larger crop field are all part of this wonderful farm. Sitting over a quarter mile off of the road you will have privacy and the peacefulness of nature. Feel free to walk around, birdwatch, take pictures, observe wildlife and enjoy nature during your time at Piper’s Perch.Pitch your tent in the clover field, start a small fire to roast your marshmallows and enjoy the peace and quiet of Piper’s Perch. If the ground is solid you are welcome to park your vehicle at the campsite, next to your tent. We are farmers, conservationists, an apiary, and lovers of nature and wildlife. We would love the opportunity to share our space with you. We are close to Columbus and the surrounding area, but are far enough removed from the city that you will feel like it’s a different world entirely. We do allow small gatherings and events at our space with prior notice. We have tables, chairs, and tents available to rent. Feel free to visit our website for more details.

A prefect spot for a little getaway from the city to sleep under the stars! Hosts were responsive. Location was easy to fine. And we were greeted by the local cows! Two options to set up tents. The one we camped at (the other one being wet due to all the rain) was very accessible for small our small cars. Would definitely camp here again! Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot with the kids
Tent · With kids
We had a fantastic time. It’s a big open space along a tree line, and while you’re near the road, there were hardly any cars and we felt quite remote. Sarah was a great host and my kids loved visiting the bees and cows. We will be back this summer!

I would absolutely recommend this Hipcamp site! Sarah and Matt are so kind. The campsite was gorgeous & wonderful for stargazing. They also offer fresh honey and ground beef right from their farm! We had an awesome experience camping here and would absolutely recommend checking this site out :)
