Twelve34 House is a modern, midcentury-inspired cabin that offers luxury amenities for the person looking to elevate their vacation. The glass wall opens the indoor chef's kitchen to the outdoor kitchen with gas grill, beverage fridge, and pizza oven on the back deck. Comfortable seating and a tabletop firepit complement the covered area that overlooks the forest and ravine. The butterfly shape of the house offers bedroom suites in both wings, complete with spacious designer baths and king beds with organic bamboo linens and expansive views to the forest just outside the 12 feet sliding doors to the back deck. Bathrooms offer organic Turkish bath towels and organic body products. The living area has generous seating on the 11' feet long curved sofa, a smart television with bluetooth speaker (connect your phone for music too!), DVD player, a record player with vintage vinyls, and a bar cart for you to supply your own beverages. A hot tub tucked in the trees overlooks a second firepit for the ultimate fire & water experience. Certified accessible for those with limited mobility. Twelve34 House shares a parking area and EV charger with our tiny GloCabin and sits on 32 beautiful wooded acres with trails. The location is 5-20 minutes from everything Hocking Hills is known for and just 5 minutes to downtown Laurelville with access to grocery, gas, and multiple small restaurants.Twelve34 House is a luxury, mid-century-inspired modern cabin that sits perched at the edge of our ravine on our 32 beautiful wooded acres. Inside the butterfly-shaped house you will find a large suite in each wing. King beds with organic bamboo & linen bedding encourage you to snuggle in and enjoy the incredible view from the expansive window wall with 12 feet wide slider to the back deck. Like the bedrooms, the designer baths are spacious and offer organic Turkish cotton bath towels and organic body products In the living area, the 16 feet wide glass accordion wall opens the indoor chef's kitchen to the outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, beverage fridge, and pizza oven on the back deck. Comfortable seating surrounds a table top firepit on the covered area. A vintage midcentury electric fireplace warms the living area that includes an 11 feet long curved sofa, smart television with bluetooth speaker (connect your phone to play your own playlist), DVD player, record player, and vintage vinyl. A bar cart is ready for your beverages of choice. The hot tub sits under the trees and overlooks a wood fire pit for the ultimate fire & water experience. Twelve34 House shares a parking area and EV charger with GloCabin, our tiny vacation rental. Guests are encouraged to hike the trails on our beautiful property while also enjoying everything Hocking Hills has to offer, just 5-20 minutes away. Downtown Laurelville is just 5 minutes and has a grocery, gas, and multiple small restaurants. Handicap accessible certified.
