We love Broken Bow (Hochatown) so bought a lot for our RV so we could enjoy year round. We now spend most of our time in Colorado so want to share this lot with others when we aren't there. This private one acre lot is for only ONE RV nearby Broken Bow Lake, OK (less than 2 miles away). This is a heavily wooded one acre lot comes with electric, septic and water. This lot is very close to the state parks and located in the area called Hochatown. The lot is less than 1/4 mile from the center of Hochatown but very private and quiet. There is a long level pad in the center of the lot. We have 50 amp power (30 amp if you have an adapter) for your RV.   There is a shed on the lot but that is for personal use. Our lot is right off Steven's Gap road on the way to the lake. If you like to fish the lake is less than 2 miles down the road and the river access is close by at Beaver's Bend State Park. The are is abundant with wild life with plenty to do and see.Private one acre lot for a single RV nearby Broken Bow Lake, OK This is a heavily wooded one acre lot with spetic, electric and water. We had a wonderful experience at this campsite! It struck the perfect balance between being conveniently located and feeling truly secluded. It was just the right distance from the nearby state park and several great restaurants. Set up for our camper was easy and we had no issues during our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a mix of tranquility and accessibility. A real gem!

Secluded spot with lots of privacy and still close to town. If you are going to the lake, this spot is already past the traffic and its an easy shot down the road. Utilities in good condition and the hosts are very helpful.

Gotta stay here.

What a gem! This site is quietly in the middle of all the fun. Go left you have the lake and trails. Go right and you have the entertainment and restaurants. It has all you need. It’s very clean too. Water and electricity works perfect. Make sure you have long enough power cords and hoses if you like to use your own. I’m a newby so I had to get adapters for the 50amp power supply and extension cords for my set up. Watch out for the yellow jackets. For some reason they were out in force. Wife’s allergic to bees so it was a concern for me. Lots of wildlife around here too so that’s nice to see. You gotta stay here. You’d definitely like it.

Great site in Hochatown, OK, near Beavers Bend State Park. Martha was a great host and was quick to accommodate our requests and worked with us to get the dates we needed. We drove to the park several times and visited local businesses during our 4-night stay. Very woody part of OK especially compared to the Dallas TX area where we live.
