Isis and my paternal grandma are in charge here. snowmeggedons and floods keep changing the landscape. Deer Creek along south boundary, with county on opposite side with forested hillside, provides much wildlife viewing.   Tents and small vans have sweet spots, larger RVs get the driveway. Many find this a perfect 1/2 way sleepover between seattle/san fran, and base to visit Wildlife Safari, Crater Lake. Please ensure you click on your dates of booking AND the number of campers. thank you. message me for any questions. 1894 farmhouse on 1+ acre (2 miles from exit 124 from I-5) within "city" limits, at the edge of rural county seat faces the original road to Crater Lake (85 mi), Umpqua Hot Springs (59 mi), Pacific Crest Trail. The area has: North Umpqua River and her many waterfalls, world class flyfishing ; white water rafting. Wine Wine Wine.  local breweries, a meadery, live music, smoke shops.  an hour to pacific ocean.  hooking up to electricity or water hose is extra $$/night. please contact me for specifics for those with live in vans, or optionals. blessings and stay safe on your travels. road conditions and webcams in oregon are at tripcheck.com.  Occasionally check in may be later than 2p. Contact me regarding check in timing.Due to covid, and this county being a hotspot, campers must be self sufficient. contact me for details. also,  a blizzard took down several trees. (i need to upload more current photos!)  Fall is upon us, leaves are dropping, rain a week ago, weather cooled, still a drought and fire danger, not smoky.  Tents and small vans have sweet spots, larger RVs get the driveway. Rahmana’s place is a great outdoorsy pit stop you could take if you are camping or on a evening trip. Has electrical and water hookups on the property and has a big yard to chill at the back. It’s a great sense of a rural setting which we really loved and is within the city limits. I would come back to it, while crossing Cali/Oregon borders. Rahmana is super friendly and has great recommendations of what you could do around.

Enchanting
The wonderful shade tree and tent space was was absolutely enchanting. I was visited by deer, turkeys, a racoon and Venus the cat. The location was near swimming holes, waterfalls and a zoo.

Nice little get away campsite.
Tent · With pets ·
A nice place to camp on the outskirts of town and a perfect location to explore the scenic beauty of the area. The host is only too happy to share some of the best spots to visit and thanks to her guidance i had a wonderful day visiting the waterfalls. The campsites are in a small meadow and offer shade or full sun. Pack in your water and a stove for cooking as this is a no fire site. There is a clean and fresh outhouse. Overall its a nice place to camp

Sweet spot nestled amongst trees
Rahmana was very communicative, quick to respond, and offered local recommendations. The spot was easy to find, felt semi-private and set away from her home (with plenty of greenery providing a screen between the house and the camp space).
