10 RV/tent sites
We are located on what used to be one of the stagecoach stops on the Applegate Trail. With 80 acres of land to spread out on you can be sure to find a peaceful and private getaway with amazing views. This property holds some interesting history with a Trading tree where swap meets between the local native tribes would gather and bring their firs and other goods to trade with the white traders of the time. You can pitch a tent in the middle of 80 acres and feel totally isolated. Wr have a camping area on the front half of the property. Because of storm damage, there's a lot of downed trees and broken limbs further into the land. We are trying to get the land under control but it is slow going. You are welcome to drive up on the dirt road and a quad could be used but there are no riding trails.

The property was easy to find. I liked that there was a gate, it makes the campsite area feel more secure. There were tons of wild turkeys and the cows were very docile.

Quiet, affordable, great stopover
15 ft campervan
This is a really awesome place to stay! Dispersed camping, lots of beautiful property and a good price. Much better pricing than the big one in Cottage Grove, closer than Umpqua. I read another review saying the drive up from the min driveway was difficult but it's fine. My low bellied car didn't bottom out, the field pictured is level enough to safely drive through, and theres level spots to park a campervan. The cows and turkeys that visit are cute too! David and Dawn are freindly and make you feel welcome. And it feels alot more private than crowded campgrounds, if you're looking for quiet time while camping.

lovely meadow on a hill
19 ft campervan
beautiful landscape with great views and lots of different areas to choose from. felt very private, most of the area is on a hill so it took a few tries to get my camper at a good angle for sleeping. pit toilet needed maintenance and there was a bit of litter around the property but overall really enjoyed my stay and the price is great.
