Here on our peaceful homestead we are conveniently located just a few min, 1.5 miles, away from interstate-85, exit 83.
We offer water and sewer hookup. Pets are allowed but they MUST be leashed. We have free ranging ducks and chickens who must stay safe.
If you’d like to stay awhile to explore we are 10 minutes away from downtown Cowpens, and 10 minutes away from historic Cowpens battlefield. More interesting places to visit-Gaffney Outlets, Strawberry Hill USA, downtown Spartanburg.
Perfect place to stop for the night when passing through or to even stay awhile.Park your RV or pitch a tent on our peaceful small lot. Pull into the property driveway. Directly to your left you will see your campsite. Pull forward and back into parking. If needed, it is ok to pull forward onto the grass, just please be respectful to not mess up the grass.
At the moment, you’ll find the ground further from the water and sewage hookup is more level. If you plan to hook up to water and sewage, prepare to level your camper with your own gear. With time we will add gravel for easier leveling.

Luba and her family were so welcoming! The site was very comfortable and mostly shaded. I will definitely come back in the future.

wonderful Homestead hosts
25 ft travel trailer · With kids
Luba's land would be a great stay for anyone but I recommend it extra for families or anyone interested in homesteading. My children quickly befriended Luba's children who showed them the rabbits and let them hold them. They spent time playing together in the tree house and creek. We learned all about the ducks and guineas and were even able to purchase honey from bees kept on the farm. I love when hip camps are more than just a campsite but an opportunity to connect with others.
