Located only 7 acres near downtown Spartanburg, our land has a spacious yard and fields for scenic views and big night skies, but yet still has privacy with the surrounding high tree lines. There is a walking path through the property that is routinely maintained. The large driveway is fit for RV's and travel trailers. There is a spacious open end barn fit for tent campers as well. Located only one mile from the Glendale Shoals Preserve & WaterfallPark your camper in our large parking/driveway area next to the 6 bay carport. Tent campers can pitch tent under the big sky view, under any of the carport bays, or inside the open end barn. The large open end barn comes with venue style lighting perfect for weekend hangouts and campfires. There are plenty of electrical hookups, and a water source for hookup. There is a full bathroom available for use located in the Carriage House Barn located on the property, disclosed from the rest the house.
