A clean open area of about 2 acres of natural oak trees and tall pines which provides lots of shade. A RV power outlet and 120v outlets through out the area. Tents are positioned on plush grass. Water and septic system coming soon. Popup shower/dressing area with RV portable toilets. Burn pits and burn containers. Other amenities pending.Our site is located on private property but accessible to the general public. You can bring your own tent or rent from us upon reservations. Sewage and water systems are currently under construction. Electrical connections are located throughout the site including one RV shore power pole. Fire cans and pits are available on site. Portable shower/changing tent with a real portable RV toilet is also available. This property is located near; •Old Sheldon Church Ruins- 2 miles •Harriet Tubman Bridge- 8 miles •Oyotunji African Village-1.4 miles. •Brays Island-7 min and 3 miles. •I95/ Exit 33 Point South-5.9 miles. •Beaufort,SC- 15 miles. •Hilton Head- 45 miles. •Savannah GA -40 miles. Emergency and First Responders: EMT/EMS- 4 min and 1.8 miles This is a new venture for us so thank you so much for your interest in our beautiful property.

Edgar is a really nice guy and the spot was exactly what I needed to sleep a few hours. Quiet, off the beaten path but not too far off. Electricity available.

Edgar is a great guy and very hospitable. We built a fire together the first night and talked about life in general. The site is close to the best the ACE Basin has to offer. I liked it a lot.

Edgar was a kind, accommodating and delightful host. His family and land are equally as charming and it was a wonderful experience to stay the night. The lively community surrounding the massive, beautiful, old Live Oak tree warmed my heart. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Mr. Edgar was such a pleasant host, he made sure that everything was ready for arrival. The amenities available were great and the kids and I had an amazing time. Can’t wait to do it again!
