Camping by the Blythe River offers a serene experience with plenty of space, shade, and a picturesque setting. Most campers appreciated the clean and well-maintained amenities, including the hot showers and toilets, which are a welcome feature for those seeking comfort in the wild. The peaceful sounds of the river and wildlife, including platypuses, make for a relaxing stay. However, some campers noted issues with noise from nearby generators and loose dogs, which could disrupt the tranquility for some visitors.

Loved our stay!
26 ft travel trailer · With pets
We loved our stay here. Lots of spots to choose from, all next to the beautiful trickling creek. Fire pits and clean shower and toilet. Appreciated the lock on the gate, made us feel safe when it was just us here. Beautiful spot!

Our favorite campground so far!

We just loved being here, and want to go back already! So calming with the sound of the water flowing over the rocks, very relaxing. Toilet and shower were great, fire pits everywhere but BYO firewood. So picturesque!

The area for camping was beautiful. The babbling river and quiet area was so relaxing. Being able to take a shower is an unexpected and very welcome luxury. There were only three other campers on one of the nights and two on the others. This made meant there was plenty of space for each group. I think 17 separate campers on the site would be extremely crowded and make it not enjoyable. I think it would be best to limit it to perhaps 10 at most. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise.

Thankyou for sharing your special part of Tassie, we loved our camp site beside the river. It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of the water/rapids. Would recommend to other campers.
