We love the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg area enough that we purchased a permanent site to bring our RV to on a regular basis to visit for extended periods of time. We hope you also enjoy our little piece of heaven. Please respect the site, and let us know how we can make your stay even better next time. Learn more about this land: Spacious and clean RV site with full hookups (water, sewer, and 50/30/20amp power) located in the Outdoor Resorts at Gatlinburg. Visitors have access to 2 swimming pools (seasonally), 2 mountain streams, a lake, basketball courts, tennis, mini golf, horseshoe pits, shuffle board court, game room, and activities center. Bath house is close to the site, should you need to use the facilities. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available at the campground. The HOA does charge a one-time $10 pet fee upon check-in at the office, and is separate from anything I collect.Spacious and clean RV site located in Outdoor Resorts at Gatlinburg. Visitors have access to 2 swimming pools, 2 mountain streams, a lake, basketball court, mini golf, horseshoe pits, shuffle board court, game room, and activities center. Bath house is close to the site, should you need to use external shower or restroom facilities. Laundry facilities are nearby at the lower end of the campground with credit-card-operated machines, and a local cafe is open certain days of the week for breakfast and lunch.

The site is beautiful. The RV park is the best I have seen so far around the Gatlinburg area. I would definitely come back.

We loved the clean Rv site #113 with trees surrounding it. Wi-fi was excellent as Ricky provided the ssid and password. The park itself was accommodating with laundry and a mini golf area. Would return to this site in a heartbeat! Thank you Ricky!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at Crow’s Landing. It was very peaceful and a nice level spot for our camper van. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly and the washrooms were well-maintained and clean.

Ricky’s place was wonderful. It’s nice and quiet. Is a bit from town so if you’re wanting that I wouldn’t recommend that. We loved the quietness to it and the drive is stunning to get out there. Very friendly neighbors and easy to access the laundry facility and bathrooms. We had a great stay.

My husband and I had a great time camping on Ricky’s lot. It was a beautiful area. Highly recommend
