25 Secluded acres nestled in the foothills of the Smoky mountains East Tennessee valley. We are avid RV travelers and have lots of friends with RV’s so we st up this bijou campground as a staging point for our larger camping adventures and so friends could pitch up and stay a while. We have a beautiful location on the side of a hill with pretty much no visible neighbors. Plus you get access to our pool area with plenty of loungers and shaded cabana with a bathroom. All the facilities are new and as I right we’re working on an additional bathroom and shower. We’re also working on our Airstream experience where you can stay in a newly restored class 31ft Airstream camper. We’re taking bookings for summer 2025. Experience actual camping in a stunning location. We have 25 acres in the beautiful Smoky Mountains foothills. This peaceful private homestead property has no visible neighbors but is still close to all the amenities of Madisonville TN just 10 minutes away. You’ll have access to our 40ftx20ft swimming pool with large deck, plenty of loungers, shaded cabana and bathroom. All campsite facilities are new for 2025 including laundry, bathroom and shower. We only have three campsites that are all 30-50 amp full hook ups Our RV campsites are big, level with easy access hard standing plus additional parking is available Pet friendly
