John's campsite is a hit among campers, offering breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and a serene atmosphere. The site is equipped with full hookups, making it convenient for RVs, and John's hospitality is frequently praised. Guests enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty, though some mention the narrow roads leading to the site and occasional long grass as minor concerns. Overall, it's a perfect spot for those who cherish peace, stunning sunsets, and a friendly host.

I had the opportunity to stay at this Hipcamp location for three nights! The directions to get there were perfect and appreciated! The site is exactly, if not better, than described! The host’s dog is the best!
The sunsets were indescribable and the stars were like nothing I’ve ever seen! It is so dark!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful land with me! I am hoping to be back!

Wow- what a view!
20 ft campervan
John's land was a fantastic spot for us to park and stay for the night! The views are incredible, and we loved that there was a hose to fill up our water tank. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the sun go down. It was easy to get to!

We'll Be Back!
35 ft fifth wheel
We really enjoyed our stay! The view is wonderful. Great view of the mountains and the night sky. John spent some time with us planning our adventure. His directions were spot on and took us exactly where we wanted to go. I want to visit again soon and again when the damage in NC has been cleaned up. Beautiful place.
The only caution I can give is this isn't Pigeon Forge. The roads are a little narrow for our 35' fifth wheel but easily navigable, and the nearest store is 10 minutes away. It's just what we were looking for - peace and quiet with a view!
