Lots of open space. Fun time camping. Easy access to the outhouse. Good lighting around the property at night. Rented quads the next day and had a blast exploring the property. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys camping and off-roading!
It was a nice spot since I was coming from south texas and needed a place to camp almost by the next day. Also nice place to play in the mud after camp as well. As soon as you enter, stick to the right path and not to left which leads to 18 wheelers. I got there late at night and people left their trash on floor sadly even saw a van knocked over. I picked up after them and ourselves and hope to see this area not shut down because of this. Do your part.
The road to the campsite is VERY rough, you need a truck or an suv just to get to your campsite. There is also no fire ring for the campfires. Dogs were howling all night keeping us awake
This was an experience to say the least. Jorge and Nelson couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. I’m definitely looking forward to this spot to be completed.
