Welcome to a private and covered space to park your RV! Your kids and family dog can enjoy the freedom of a fully fenced yard while you're just a short 5-minute walk to Crystal Beach. Our site offers a 30 and 50-amp hook-up and sanitary sewer connection for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to a private outdoor shower to wash away the sand before heading back into your RV. Motorhomes can pull in. Pull-behind campers must back in and may need sewer and utility extensions. Located on Kahla Dr in the heart of Crystal Beach, you'll be close to all restaurants, Crystal Beach waterpark, putt-putt golf, and The Big Store. Please note that our property is actually 8,000 sq ft, not 1 acre.Covered and fully fenced RV site, just 5 minutes' walk to the beach. You will find an 8,000 sq foot private lot to park your RV and enjoy the Texas coast. Kahla Dr is in the heart of Crystal Beach, you will be close to all restaurants, Crystal Beach waterpark, putt putt golf and The Big Store. Site has a 20, 30 and 50 amp hook up and sanitary sewer connection. You will also have access to a private outdoor shower to wash the sand away before going back into your RV.

Off leash. Please do not leave dogs out to bark and disturb neighbors. All dogs must be supervised while in the yard. Yard is fully fenced for off leash pets. You must clean up pet waste before checking out.

Love the fenced yard!

15 ft pop-up camper · With pets

We really enjoyed Jennifer's property. Having the fenced in yard made camping with our pup a pleasure. We were sure to pick up after him so the next guest would have a clean yard just as we did. The whole place is very neat and tidy. The camp is on a beach access road which was a popular thourofare, but the fence made me feel safe and more comfortable with the traffic. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the beach sand! The new firepit is a great addition. No one in town was selling firewood so we will bring some with us next time. Love the easy access to the large Ace Hardware/ grocery store down the road. Great for picking up things you forgot like food, bug spray or sunscreen.

Christmas at Suntastic

Another amazing trip to Suntastic.... it was cold, rainy but had an amazing time... a short walk to beach, fenced yard for the pups to run off leash. The host is amazing and had it all set up and inviting for us and she helped us set up a great last minute Christmas trip. She is always available for questions and very accomadating Thanks again. We will definitely be back soon

Amazing site!!! Walking distance from beach... Dogs friendly all fenced up. The host is amazing and took great care of us. This is our 2nd trip here and we will definitively be back... Great trip for CHRISTMAS

Great for your RV, family & dogs!

The space was just what we were looking for! Close to the beach and fenced so we could bring our dogs along for the visit without keeping them on a leash the entire time. The space was well maintained, and we found it very relaxing. The only thing I would like to mention is the utilities will be on the opposite side of the RV cover if you back in a travel trailer. We were able to overcome this since we had extensions for the water/sewer and power. I would highly recommend this spot for a family looking for a nice quiet place to bring their RV especially if they have dogs. We will no doubt return and utilize this spot again!

Jennifer was a great host and was able to get us in last minute.... very accommodating!! The gate was a slide.out which gave us plenty of room to back in. The rv cover was large and wide for an easy back in. It was well lit, well maintained and very close to beach access. Fenced area is great and my dogs could roam freely without having to worry about escape. Great store located 1 mile away has all grocery needs and camper supplies, fuel, as well as hunts brothers pizza. [【Great Place]] Outdoor shower was convenient, great outdoor seating and picnic bench. Quiet neighborhood Can't wait to go back Thank u
