Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants. There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city. There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

Coyote Creek Farm -Tent Camping

Beautiful camp

Regena is a phenomenal host. Not only did she accommodate us on our late arrival but she made sure we were well taken care of. In the morning she drove me down the way to fill up our water tank, which was just at the end of the road of our campsite. Beautiful property, well maintained, with a short 5-10 min drive to Waco. Neighboring camps are well spaced for privacy with tree coverage and plenty of shade. Highly recommended for anyone who is wanted to have a real camping experience but be able to drive 5-10 min for shopping and exploring. We definitely will be coming back here to camp. Thank you again Regena for being so accommodating!

50 amp RV Mockingbird site

We had a wonderful stay and Regina is a terrific host. We were able to easily hook up to the water and power connections provided. It is a beautiful location in a corner of the farm with nice views of the surrounding area.

We had a great one night stay. The host helped us find the site location as we pulled down her driveway. We appreciated the hospitality. The spot is very spacious and quiet. Would recommend.

Couldn’t use site due to heavy rain

Unfortunately not suitable for a large motorhomes due to parking not paved or solid and rain prevented our use of the site. Wasn't worth the risk of getting stick.

Regena was welcoming and responsive. Fast to resolve our request. The site was clean and have a good mix of shade and clearing for the kids to play. There were a couple ants hill dotting around the site but not a huge deal. The deck was great hanging spot especially when the rain comes hard.
