Excellent! We had a group camping for a couple nights while we visited Big Bend State Park for some epic trail racing. Even with inclement weather, our camp host kept us all happy and comfy in the best way primitive camping can offer. We'll be back!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Big Bend, and our stay at Lynn Y & B’s made the trip truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views surrounding the campground. The natural beauty of the area is breathtaking, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our outdoor adventure.
One of the standout features of the campground is the spaciousness of each campsite. Unlike other campgrounds we've visited, the generous spacing between sites made us feel more private and connected to nature, allowing us to fully enjoy our surroundings without feeling cramped.
Our host, Brandon, was another highlight of our stay. His warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. He also treated us to some incredible BBQ, which was undoubtedly a delicious bonus to our camping experience.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a beautiful and spacious camping experience in Big Bend with a welcoming host, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!
Second year in a row we have stayed here in late December. It has never been crowded and the few campers that have been there have always been respectful of one another. Showers (with hot water) have recently been added and were a welcome addition. This camp site is positioned close to Terlingua and Big Bend National Park in one direction and just a few minutes to Big Bend Ranch State Park in the other direction. Awesome sun rises, amazing sunsets and star gazing that is out of this world on clear nights. We slept to the serenade of Coyotes one night. Only lasted a few minutes so it was not a bother. Frequent visits from a local Kangaroo Rat. It was not very shy so I suggest keeping food secure. Highly recommend.
Tent camped this past weekend here and enjoyed every minute of it. Very nice and welcoming host with the sweetest dogs. If you’re interested in visiting Big Bend or Terlingua, I highly recommend camping here, it’s the perfect blend between camping and glamping with a flush toilet outhouse, 2 hot water showers, multiple picnic areas with grills, and fire pits. My group highly enjoyed our visit and will definitely come again.
