a combination of cleared horse pasture with wooded acreage, sloping downward to 400 feet of river frontage on the Middle Bosque river. Four dedicated small self contained RV sites with pic-nic tables and BBQ grills, numerous tent sites in the woods or near the river. Fishing, kayaking, hiking, trail-biking & exploring. Area has deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife.
Easy access, well maintained, and close proximity to the river. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the serenade of coyotes as well as birds. Joe stopped by briefly and provided contact info in case we needed anything or had any questions. Enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time camping on this land. Joe is a friendly and kind host, and the river access was phenomenal. Can't wait to come back!

A great little hideaway

Site#5 was exactly as described. The area was well kept, clean, and secluded. Joe even came by and sprayed some mosquito repellent around the campsite, which was a very nice gesture. The other sites were really nice and groomed also. I'll definitely be returning to this location again. It was wonderful.

Joe was very hospitable! The grounds were well kept and spacious. The bathroom was an added bonus! We didn’t arrive with enough time to try out the kayaks before the rain socked in but wish we had! If ever in the area again, will definitely come back.
