Ken’s ranch is really something special. I was looking for an affordable camping option that would give me access to Pedernales Falls, and his spot, Ranch 3232, is just right down the road. Not only was the location amazing, but the amenities are great. I was in Primitive Site H, which I chose because others said it was the most secluded. It was tucked back amongst a grove of cedar trees and I felt like I was completely alone, which is exactly what I was looking for. That being said, if I wanted access to any of the many features of the camp (community kitchen, bathrooms/showers) I was just a short walk away. Speaking of the community areas, what an amazing spot! My group and I utilized the kitchen and SUPER RAD fire pit grill that Ken has to cook up an amazing steak dinner under the stars. All in all this was a 10/10 experience. I’ve already recommended Ken’s spot to my friends and family, and I will definitely be back pretty soon.

Second time around
Clean bathrooms, hot showers, washer and dryer, just like home. Primitive site H I would say is the most secluded, tucked away in the woods. Breathtaking sunset views! Not lying.

My new favorite campground! Highly recommend. This campground is so close to Pedernales and has great amenities. The grounds were well kept, the bathrooms were very clean and stocked and the kitchen had everything you could need. I loved the Adirondack chairs at each site too. Will definitely be back.

Great location and wonderful amenities and customer service. The kitchen has anything you could think of for camp cooking. Well-built and nicest out-house I’ve ever seen, including real sinks, toilets, and showers. Bonus: each room has its own little heater. Easy to identify paths between sites and amenities. Jenifer came out to help move picnic table that previous guest had left on the tent pad. Highly recommend!
