Remote Bunkhouse - Lone Mound Ranch
The beauty and quiet in the surroundings.
The shed was minimal, beds, food area.
Sink, shower, potty bucket outside, all enclosed areas.
I woke at 2 am, and went outside to a clear dark sky filled with stars and quietness!

Remote Southwest Hillside Cabin
We loved our time on Lana’s land. Lana was super accommodating, very responsive and just an overall incredible host. Our stay was so comfortable and peaceful. After a long drive we were able to walk and run our dogs and then sit and watch the sky turn pink as night grew.
If we ever find our way back to this majestic place I would make sure we stay longer next time.

Nobody in this campsite
I have a terrible experience. I booked it used the app. The description of this campsite seems there is a lot of fun stuff. However, when my family arrived, it looked very different. The road to the shed was very difficult to drive. I guess it is not accessible for small cars. Even my RV was difficult. I didn’t see any person and only saw animals around the shed. I knocked the door of a small room. Nobody answered. I guessed the owner was out. I did not see any camping site nearby although the owner said there are multiple. I messaged the owner. She replied that I can park at the assigned spot. But there was no assigned spot in the app. I drove away and found another campground. I was worried about the safety because nobody was there and I didn’t not know what would happen at night. I asked the refund. But the owner didn’t agree. Strongly not recommend this campground if you are not familiar with the owner and surrounding area. Although the owner said I can redeem one night, my family wouldn’t go.

Remote Bunkhouse - Lone Mound Ranch
Rustic and remote
The property is lovely!! Secluded and quite. I was there during a new moon and you could see all the stars in the sky, stunning. If you are looking for rustic and remote, this is the place for you!! I walked the property and unplugged for an evening escape from life, perfect for what I was looking for!!

We loved staying here! Peaceful and quiet! Not a person in sight and beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. The horses greeted us at the gate and in the middle of the night. We loved hearing the coyotes too! We also bought the best beef and eggs! Our only regret is that we were traveling and couldn't stay longer!
