Horribly buggy RV park/ Hipcamp

Had I known it was mosquito breeding season I would never have gone to stay so close to the water… but I’m unfamiliar with the mosquito problem in Texas, and was covered in just a minute out of my van while speaking to the host! I welt up and itch/ burn something awful to mosquito and no see em bites, so I had a miserable night sleeping. Not the parks fault, of course, but I should’ve been made aware of this distinctly uncomfortable time of year, unless any time is bad, and in that case the hipcamp host should definitely tell their guests beforehand.
