WYSIWYG Acres is the perfect place to breathe in fresh air and relax. Take in the sights and sounds of nature. Fish, hike, find fossils and seashells from an ancient seabed. Learn about, feed, pet, or simply enjoy watching the antics of the animals that live here. Enjoy the sunset, then a campfire under a night sky dirty with stars. It’s a beautiful experience. WYSIWYG Acres is a family owned 50 acre ranch bordered by an exotics ranch on the south and a cattle ranch on the east and north. We are located about an hour west of Waco in central Texas where the beautiful hill country views begin.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts with a very cool hobby farm/ranch. They have plenty of room and it was easy to settle in.

What a hidden gem of a place! The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The entire location was very well-kept. There were clean bathrooms and a really nice outdoor shower with warm water. Everything was mowed and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out - no camping right next to each other. So grateful for our two nights there. Would absolutely go back!

We went here for the eclipse and the host was wonderful. We arrived after midnight but June still greeted us upon arrival. The property was just stunning this time of year.

The host June and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. They added features to the car/tent area such as showers and commodes to make it a little more enjoyable. We arrived at 3am and June came out to visit. Loved hearing the farm animals and seeing them.
