We are happy to offer private campsites on our farm deep in the Northfield Range of the Green Mountains. The land sits perched along the ridgeline facing the Braintree Gap, nestled in thousands of acres of untouched state forest land in the Roxbury State Forest, one of the first incorporated state forests in Vermont. The Mad River Valley is the next valley, over the Roxbury Gap. You can visit Lawson's Finest Liquids, Sugarbush Resort, and Blueberry Lake which has swimming, paddling, and biking easily accessible. The Ridgeline Outdoor Collective has developed sustainable multi-use trail and glade networks in the vicinity of Central Vermont that extends through public and private land and can be used for various activities such as hiking, running, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and mountain biking. https://www.ridgelineoutdoorcollective.org/trails/ Good Measure Brewing in Northfield offers great food and drinks, or grab a creamee and visit the farmers market. https://www.goodmeasurebrewing.com/ Come visit the farm and see the best of Central Vermont!Private campsites with views of the Northfield range of the green mountains. We have 40 acres of mountainous terrain that back up to thousands of acres of untouched state forest land in the Roxbury State Forest which is one of the first incorporated state forests in Vermont. Sugarbush resort is close by with hiking and biking trails. The RASTA (Rochester/Randolph Area Sports Trail Alliance) are within biking distance with thousands of acres of mountain biking trails all down the valley. Blueberry lake is just over the Roxbury gap which has swimming, paddling, and biking easily accessible.

Duck duck GOOSE!
17 ft travel trailer
Mollie and Erik are fantastic hosts! They have a beautiful farm and some really special animals. There were ducklings that had a set of duck parents, and a set of goose parents! They also had two children who are great at adventures and they will happily take you on one if you let them (I recommend the berry patches). It was a magical place to spend a week and I sure hope we will be back to Quartz Hill in the future!

This was a beautiful place to camp, and the hosts were very friendly folks. Very peaceful and quiet, hope to stay here again when I’m in the area.

We absolutely loved this spot! Thank you for having us. My kids were so happy to see your dogs and play with them. The spot was so private and beautiful!

This was a great place to stay. The hosts were very attentive (in a good way), and the campsite itself was perfect for spending the night. Delicious eggs, good vibes, and friendly dogs to boot. Overall, a really good experience (in spite of being caught in the rain).
