Site 1 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
The land was beautiful and the site was well-maintained. Very quiet and private. Bathrooms were spotless and easily accessible. My car has 2WD and made it up to the site with no issues. Make sure you have strong tent stakes, the ground is a bit hard.

Beautiful site nestled between the trees with amazing views of the sky, mountain ridges, open land and everything in between. Had an awesome time at site 6!

Site 3 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
We absolutely loved this camp site & the grounds itself! The camp site is pretty tucked away with the trees & it had plenty of room for parking + our outdoor activities and tent set up. We will definitely be back :)

Site 6 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
Great view
The views were magnificent and the campsites were spacious with a bon fire pit, 2 picnic tables and plenty of space for a large group.
The grass in the mid-field was well maintained and excellent for games and activities. We thought the flat rate for firewood was a great deal.
The trees between each campsite provided some privacy. The pool was clean and refreshing in the hot midday sun. The bathhouses had warm water. The porta potty was helpful to have close by the tent sites, though it was not maintained and hadn’t been recently serviced, making it unusable. The walk to the bathhouses is lovely, though not conveniently located for any early morning or late night bathroom trips given the stream run off the pond.

Site 2 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
Had a really great time camping at site 2! Lots of space - we had two tents and then another pop up one to go over the picnic table. Easy walk to the bathhouses and pretty views!
Just a heads up, especially if bringing your dog, we did have a lot of ticks. Pulled 3 off of our dog, one off of my scalp, 4 off our friends dog and 3 off of our friend. So just be cognizant of that!
