We all know the story.... COVID came, everyone bought a camper and campgrounds skyrocketed the prices to make every single penny they could. So, we decided to build our very own little campground on an unused piece of property on our homestead located in Melfa, Virginia for our enjoyment. We have enjoyed many summer nights and weekends here with family and friends as well as a great spot for guests to relax when in town visiting, NOW its your turn. Available as a camper rental, tent site or RV hook-up. Pets allowed- Must be leashed at ALL times or bring your own lead to allow them to relax in the shade while you sit and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. No need for alarm clocks here....as The early bird gets the worm on the property, so be prepared for a few early morning rooster crows. Tons of local sites to see Savage Neck Dunes Assateague Island National Seahore Chincoteague Island Ferry trips to Tangier Island Historical Onancock Virginia Short drive to VA Beach or Ocean City Maryland. Porta potty on site as well as Bathroom in the Camper. Water tank is filled before every stay and we are always a text or call away to refill if needed.

Oliver Farm RV Hookup

This former marine has created a little paradise that is peaceful and quiet in a wooded field behind his home. Fresh eggs, homemade strawberry jelly and honey make the stay here yummy! He takes care of the Assateague Island which is a short drive north and so worth seeing!!!

Oliver Farm RV Site

My kids and I had a great time staying at the RV on Oliver Farm. The kids loved seeing the goats and picking blackberries. Night time was magical with the fire pit going and fireflies dancing all around us. The hosts greeted us to show us how to work everything in the RV and were very accommodating and kind. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back!

Oliver Farm RV Site

This was such a perfect and relaxing space to spend some time!! Me, my partner, and our dog stayed at Oliver Farm and would go back again in a heartbeat! The area has plenty of activities in close proximity but it’s also very peaceful at the camper and our favorite thing was just relaxing under the trees by the campfire. The camper is incredibly well equipped - Mellissa and Chris made sure everything was thought out for our trip and provided all the essentials and then some!! The bed is so comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and there were mulberry trees abounding with plump berries. We also saw an abundance of critters including a beautiful lunar moth and cute little frogs. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay here because it’s the perfect space.
