Amazing Experience!!
I enjoyed my time at Cedar + Fern. I pulled up to my site and was greeted by the cutest dog and the owner!! Jill was incredible, helpful and so kind! The land was beautiful with easy access to the river, rain shields above the picnic tables and the hammock was a nice added touch for some relaxing naps. Site 3 was close to the garden and chickens. I enjoyed the extra company and open space. This place is a must visit and I look forward to doing a private dinner here very soon.

Site 2 - Cedar + Fern
Beautiful campsite!
Cedar + Fern is a beautiful and idyllic piece of land. The campsites were clean and cute. Fire pit with grate and picnic table provided. Plus awning. Very cute vibes all around. Like the little touches in the outhouse which was very clean. The little trails through the dense old growth forest and river access were a highlight!
Good to know:
Campsite 2 is right at the entrance and does not have much privacy however it still felt nice and quiet. Campsite 1 is right next to it and is set back a bit further into the trees so that would be my pick next time!
Directions were spot on! Just follow what the host provides and you’re good to go!

Beautiful camping!
Amazing camping spot! We stayed for one night with our two dogs. Very clean, beautiful, and peaceful. We could see and occasionally hear the other campsites but despite that, it still felt very private. We hope to visit again in the future!

Magical
Amazing location, with a magical feel. Felt very safe and comfortable with solo camping, the host is incredibly nice. We will definitely be coming back here for more stays!

Site 2 - Cedar + Fern
2nd year and we’ll be back!
We love this campsite and it is our second year coming. The site is well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. We have plenty of room for our big Agnes 8 tent. There is a new portable potty since last year and it was great to have two toilet options. Both are very clean. My kids love the tree swing and hammock on site 2. There is a short walk down the hill to the creek where my boys made barky boats (iykyk) to float. The little store in town is a gem for firewood and wonderfully curated foods. This year we did Fort Warden, Dosewallips x2, and Staircase Rapids from this base camp. We’ll be back again!
