Near Olympic National Park
Within a 60-minute drive from the Heart o'the Hills.
At LuckySite, one can usually find four-leafed clovers.Tent camping site on our rural property.  12 miles south of Port Townsend and 1.2 miles from the Chimacum Corner Farm Stand, Finnriver Farm Cider Brewery and Red Dog Farm. We are 25 minutes from the Quilcene entrance to Olympic National Park and about one hour from the Port Angeles entrance. We currently ask that guests use the facilities at one of the nearby businesses.  We do have potable water outside from our pump.  We have two children and two dogs.  Children are welcome and can play on the play set and feed worms to the chickens. Use of the facilities at our residence is for emergency purposes only.  We have a little farm with a vegetable garden.  The campsite is not extremely private as it is in view of the house.

We loved camping here! They didn’t mind that we got there so late and they were very good at answering my questions before hand. The place is really nice and quiet, great view of the stars. The only issue we had was the lack of a place for a bathroom. We understand it’s expensive to build one or to service a portapotty but at least a clearing away from view of the house would be nice for late night nature calls

It was great and the hosts were very nice! It felt fairly private, because it was a good distance from the house

Nice camping site and friendly family. we enjoyed hearing all the different kinds of birdsong in the morning - even the chickens, roosters, and ducks. The driveway to access is a long steep road with switchbacks, so be ready for that. We don't have 4wd on our camper van, so there were a couple sketchy turns where I wasn't sure we would make it, but it ended up being fine.

Know that you’ll be camping next to a wetland, so bring your mosquito repellant, and if slugs creep you out, this place is probably not for you because you’ll see literally dozens. And don’t forget your earplugs because three roosters will wake you up starting at about 4am. And you might need a four-wheel drive to get up the very steep, gravelly, switchbacked driveway. Don’t forget your firewood—you can be the first people to use the fire ring! That said, the host greeted us with charm and delight.
