The River Resort sits on the Pilchuck River, which is located on a dead end private gravel road. Plenty of space to pitch a tent or three. In the summer months, an RV can be used down there. But there’s a long drive-way that leads to it that a RV can be used with power close by, room for additional RVs with power at additional cost but they have to stay in the drive to the river spot. There is a CLEAN custom made vault restroom for both men/women with lots of wall reading plagues for your bathroom entertainment!!! Also, an instant hot water tank for a shower for guest to use available starting mid June 2024. There are two picnic table, a propane grill, a propane fireplace for when there is a burn ban, bring your isn propane or $15.00 a night if we provide. There is a wood fire pit by the river. A covered gazebo over another wood pit is available, but it is not as private as we may be there but typically don’t if it’s damp out. (Again Gas and wood provided for an additional fee, a wheel barrel of good dry wood for $20.00). Owners live on property but you’ll have 100% privacy at River (unless you want to kick it with a couple cool people), a couple bikes for bike rides, kayaks, paddle boards, two pontoons available to rent at additional cost. Advanced notice for pontoons are available . Starting 6/1/24 there will be a yurt set up on the property. So fees may be increased. I’m going to set up another site available on the property in a different listing if you just want to bring your tent so look for the tent listing as well. You don’t have to stay in the year. You could bring your tent. If you choose to stay in the yurt and you want to bring additional. The list is for eight people on the property, if you choose to bring additional guest, it will be five dollars per night per guest. We asked that any garbage you bring you take and any dog or animal droppings you clean up as well. Other than that come out and enjoy our beautiful property and I hope you have a wonderful experience here. Reach out if you have any questionsThe yurt is 13ft in diameter. We have a double bed. Bring your own linen. We provide a mattress protector that’s sanitized after every use. There is an inflatable sectional couch that can sleep 1. Or deflate and then for two twins or double airmattress. You can also set up tents for additional guest. Fall asleep to the sound of the river. You’ll have access to a fire pit under a gazebo if it’s rainy, it’s a shared area with us host!.You will have a fire pit near the river. Firewood provided at an additional cost, paid ditectly to the host. It’s flat and the ground is sandy soft or muddy during rainy season. The vaulted restrooms are very close and has an ice machine. Heater when it’s chilly, a very nice instant hot water heater that provides a really nice hot shower! You’ll have access to a gas grill. Propane is not provided, so being a tank for BBQ or a portable propane porch heater! Bring your favorite cooking utensils! Propane not provided but you can fill your tanks just in case town at the Shell station. There is a separate fire pit with a charcoal base and a kettle bar! One hammock for lazy days right on. River! We have two single person pontoons you can rent to take to lake, we just need advance notices to get them ready. There’s two paddle boards and 1 single person kayak for rent! Again advanced notice do we don’t take them out ourself! There’s like muted power available at this time, but herring on adding more! Kid bikes, swings, teeter totter, ladder ball, floating toys. ! Everything is at your own risk and water toys require a life jacket! We are constantly adding more! So come check us out!

Camping with family
Lynn and Bruce's place is a beautiful campsite with a river on one end. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and the hosts were really warm and nice. The bathrooms were clean and power was provided till the campsite. Overall we highly recommend them and hope to stay there in the future as well. Cheers!

Super attentive and friendly
Bruce and Lynn are one of the most friendly and attentive hosts I have been with; they did their best to make my stay amazing, helped me in many things, offered breakfast. We had some long talk together, and they are very friendly. The camp site is nice with a beautiful view of the river, and there was a nearby supercharger for my tesla. Bruce is working on installing a charger too, so I will definitely camp with them again when I am in Seattle, and we will stay in touch as friends too 🙈

Amazing site!!
Super awesome private location right on the river! We woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the river running 10 feet from us. Very cool fire pit and amazing bathrooms with running water and heater! The river even has a little swimming cove formed by some logs which looks super fun. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone who likes camping and is a fan of the outdoors. The hosts are great and provided a welcome and friendly environment to us as well as so many amenities I don’t think I’ve seen at any other campsite. 11/10 we’ll definitely be back this summer!!
