Located only 7 minutes from the beach + the town of Geraldton. The Humble Abode is the home of the owners, an adventurous toddler and our two dogs. This part of our land is not open to the public. The East paddock is where it’s at — Create a sanctuary under the trees, nestled amongst the birds and our friendly sheep. The land has it’s own gate entry and has plenty of space. We are open to pets, and if need be, the sheep can be moved to our other paddock to ensure the safety and comfort for all animals. *** LAND ONLY. All campers must supply their own toilets / amenities.Nestle yourself in amongst the mature gum trees or out in the open space, the choice is yours. Wake with the bird songs and sunrise over the rangers, with only a 7 minute drive to the beautiful Geraldton coastline. The East paddock on the Humble Abode is a flat, grassy slice of land. The land is home to some friendly sheep + their lambs - if you have pets or would prefer us to move them for your stay, please send us a message. In the cooler seasons — enjoy sitting around the ‘Aurora’ fire pit, with supplied fire wood on offer. This is an offer for LAND ONLY. We can accomodate vehicles of all size on this 2acre paddock. We do not supply amenities of any kind other than access to potable water upon request.

This campsite offers a mixed bag of experiences. It's in a convenient location near Geraldton, making it easy for supply runs or quick town visits. However, some campers have found the site to be noisy due to nearby highways and barking dogs, and the environment can feel a bit dry and exposed. On the upside, the hosts are welcoming, and there's plenty of room for activities and relaxation if you find the right spot.

Unfortunately this camp is currently a big dust bowl at the moment due to lack of rain. Incredibly noisey neighbours who were frequently playing loud music & yelling. Lots of barking dogs. Right alongside a busy highway.l with no privacy. Location is good due to close proximity to Geraldton. The host, Bryony was lovely. A good spot if you want to drop your van & spend no time there, but unfortunately not a spot to sit back & relax.

Never again
Tent
The worst campground I have ever been. When we arrived we were welcomed by 2 aggressive dogs who literally barked during an hour (not exagerating). They finally shut up when the owner arrived. Looking at the picture I though it could have been lovely, as it shown a green space with some sheep. However, that place was extremely dry, and very noisy. Indeed, the place is located right in front of a main road where trucks and other cars pass by. Finally, you camp inside of a sheep ground. I was expecting some barriers between the animals and us but not at all. I was a bit surprise at first site. Being with the sheep isn't really an issue this said, it is hard to find a but of grass or an spot without sheep dropping to settle the swag.

Slice of heaven
Tent
The hosts are very welcoming and the space is a large shared field with other campers (also lovely people). Easier to access with a car/taxi than by foot, but it is possible. If on an eSIM data plan, you may only get one bar of service for the majority of the trip. Loved it, will likely return.

Perfect break from Caravan Parks!

Great little spot to relax with plenty of space but still so handy to everything. We stayed for 4 nights but could easily stay longer, resupply/dump points aren't far either. Thanks Bryony 😊

Dog off lead major plus

We loved our stay on Bryony's land. Just being able to let our dog off the lead and have a run of a few arces was magic. Close to Geraldton but out enough to be quiet would certainly recommend
