Ever want to leave your job and unite with nature? Me too, after 10-plus years of tax preparation, I found myself with a desire to farm and to become closer to the food we take for granted. This farm is unique in that it was cleared and stripped of its topsoil and its fill was sold off to the state. What was left behind was a pond and some poor farmland. I purchased this less desirable property inexpensively and have been working tirelessly to regenerate the property to a farm that mimics nature and our natural ecosystem. I have planted over 1000 trees and perennial shrubs to move this property into an oak savannah-like natural farming system. In 2015 I purchased this property without any farming experience and have begun to transform this property into a beautiful destination. We look forward to seeing you and welcoming you into our ecosystem. We welcome you to stay and enjoy our farm and recreational area! This is an active farm as we raise cows, pigs, chickens, turkey, and ducks. We graze our animals around the farm throughout the seasons. Depending on when you stay you may see a variety of farm life in different stages. Book your stay in April or May and you are bound to see baby chicks and pigs! We offer a camping space beside our three-and-a-half-acre pond that is equipped with a tiny house with electricity, an outside grill, picnic bench, fire barrel, and an electric heater for cold nights. The tiny house can comfortably sleep 2 adults as it is furnished with a twin-size bunk bed (sheets provided). There is enough floor space for a twin size blowup mattress to fit in addition but it would be tight. If you plan on bringing more than three adult guests, we recommend bringing a tent or small trailer/pop-up camper to help accommodate your trip. While you're here take a canoe out or fish from the dock, visit the diverse farm animals, and enjoy nature on a small family farm. And don’t forget to stop by our onsite farm store and purchase some food for the grill. We look forward to seeing you on The G Farm!  Sincerely, Farmer Justin and Kim

Charming Campsite
With kids
Our family enjoyed staying on Justin’s farm. We had great experiences and wonderful views. We had a lot of fun together as a family and enjoyed seeing all the animals. The accommodations were great. We loved our private spot by the lake, with plenty of room for our van and a tent. We utilized the little house too of course. There was overall plenty of room for everyone. It was a bonus to have access to electricity, hose water, and a nice touch of a fan in the house and the 3 torches outside. We enjoyed the paddle boat too! It was also very convenient to be able to get firewood, fresh eggs, and meat right there from the farm shop. (Credit/debit cards accepted). The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. They were also always available to answer any questions. We hope we can visit again sometime!

Peaceful and Awesome
With kids
I would highly recommend the G farm. Not only did my son catch his first fish on the the pond but the whole enchilada was a solid experience. Justin has alot of great work happening on this farm to table working farm. I don't see pig farms too often anymore but was happy to see a local one still making it happen. Take the tour and learn about Justin's background with the farm and his passion for serving the community and his family. I had a tenderloin from their store and it was a great dinner cooked on the hotplate. Definitely my staycation spot when I get the chance to get away from normal life and detach. The Dogs were very friendly and welcoming as well. A gas station and store nearby for anything you may need. Thank you again farmer Justin for opening your space to us. Looking forward to more memories there.

Camping with the cows is awesome
We had a great time! The cabin is clean and cute with everything we need. The pasture was beautiful! It was a short drive to Oshkosh to see firework. We cook breakfast on the hotplate. The flurry friends are so friendly, we had a great time with them. The farm store has great meat especially the milk, like drinking ice-cream, so delicious!! Come bring your pillow, blanket, cooking utensils and have a great time. The host Nathan is so nice, thank you so much!

My wife and I loved the tiny cabin at The G Farm. Everything was easy and convenient, and Justin is an excellent host. The firepit was very nice, and the canoe and paddleboat made for a great day. Anything we needed was easily acquired either from Justin or the nearby Kwik Trip.
